My field of interest is computer engineering, which is my major at SU. I also have a minor in mathematics that positively goes hand and hand with my major. I focus both on the hardware and software aspect of computers with interest in how computers are built and how they function. My internship experience focused on the troubleshooting aspect of computers. As we all know, there are several problems that can go wrong with a personal computer from popup windows to an operating system crashing. I was fortunate enough this summer to work with Mutual of New York, also coined MONY, that had a large IT/Technology department that distributed a plethora of software to its clients.
